Develop Grading Rubrics
Jamie McKenzie (1998) argues that “Grading rubrics which lay-out the paper/project criteria from the beginning are invaluable to students trying to conquer challenging cognitive tasks.
Students are less likely to cheat if they understand an assignment. Therefore, the clearer the directions for an assignment, the more likely a student will act with integrity.
